All work is to be performed at McChord AFB, Washington. The magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The period of performance is 180 continuous calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation is expected to issue on or about 25 Jun 97, with an RFP closing date of 25 Jul 97. This solicitation will be issued on an Unrestricted basis. SIC is 1623 with an average gross revenue of $17 million for the last three fiscal years. There is a $27.00 non-refundable charge for each bid set. Payment in the form of a company check, certified cashier's check, or U.S. Postal money order made to the "Department of the Air Force" must accompany each request.
