Construction Services: Miscellaneous demolition, remodel and new work at the Juneau Federal Building/Post Office and Courthouse for the Generala Services Administration. Work consists of but is not limited to construction of a new vestibule in the Post Office Lobby with new exterior door. Installation of new exterior soffitt light fixtures requiring installation of conduit andd wiring in the confined space of the soffit. Soffitt space contains structural steel with friable asbestos containing fireproofing. Contractor shall comply with all State and Federal requirements regulating disturbance, handling and disposal of asbestos and asbestos contaminated construction. Contractor shall comply with all State and Federal requirements regulating training, protection and supervision of employees whose duties may disturb asbestos.
