The project involves replacement of existing lead contaminated copper tubing and repair of any architectural finishes damaged in the course of the construction. All work is to be performed after normal working hours. The project cost is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000 and will be acquired under simplified acquisition procedures with award to be based on price and price related factors.
