Removal of 5 underground storage tanks at various locations in Oklahoma and installation of 4 above ground storage tanks at various locations in Oklahoma, with tanks to be located as close as possible to the site of the present tank. Monitoring and piping are to be upgraded to include all applicable 1998 EPA codes for W.W. Hastings Indian Hospital at Tahlequah, OK. Award to be made on total aggregate offer. The proposed purchase order listed herein is Set-Aside under the Buy Indian Act for 51 percent Indian owned and controlled firms. Offerors who are not currently certified by IHS or BIA are required to submit proof of ownership and eligibility for Indian Preference under the Buy Indian Act". Estimated performance period is 120 days. Estimated magnitude is $50,000 to $100,000. Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for this project.
