This project will include tying onto existing 10 inch domestic water main for new one-inch lawn irrigation main that will serve a new plant bed at the front median and for future irrigation at the traffic island; connection to spare circuits in panel 1aa in the ground floor of b-1 and construction of a brick entrance wall, plant bed and landscaping at the front median. The majority of work is attributable to electrical and landscape irrigation; SIC code 1731 is assigned this procurement. This solicitation is unrestricted. Forty sets of specs and drawings are available and will be issued on a first come, first-served basis until supply is exhausted. This project is divided in two phases. Phase 1 will be 90 calendar days for submittals, lawn irrigation design and layout drawings and material delivery. On site work shall be completed in 45 calendar days; total contract completion time, 135 calendar days. Award is based on availability of FY 97 funding.
