This is a Market Survey to locate sources for NSN 5821-01-166-3629, Part Number 10-162130-1, Receiver, Radio which is used with the AN/USD-9, GuardRail System. The current source for NSN is TRW SIG Group at 495 Java Drive,Sunnyside,CA 94088-3510,CAGE 28815. A quantity of seven(7) units is anticipated to be purchased. Detailed technical data for the manufacture and acceptance of the item is not available from the Government at this time.Suppliers capable of furnishing this item to the Government must so indicate by writing to the Commander,CECOM,Attn:AMSEL-LC-IEW-R-GR (Sartore), Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000. This response should include information such as test results, copy of purchase orders, if the supplier was a vender to the previous source, or a statement from the previous source demonstrating that the supplier can in fact supply an item that can be physically and functionally equivalent with those items acquired from the previous supplier.
