On 5/7/97, the U.S. Army Missile Command published an announcement in the CBD which indicated that Request for proposals were going to be made available to all parties interested in proposing the TSES effort in support of the Threat Simulator Management Office. The purpose of this announcement is to notify all proposed offerors that the unclassified portion of the RFP will be available on the Internet on June 9th or 10th, 1997 (Monday or Tuesday) at http://www.stricom.army.mil (after you get to this site access "procurement info"). Hard copies of the RFP should be sent via first class mail by Monday, June 9, 1997, to all parties who have sent a request.
