The Contractor shall be responsible for making complete arrangements for delivery, treatment, disposal, or recycling (at the discretion of the Government) with the owner/operator of the designated TSDF. The preferred method of treatment, disposal, or recycling for each type of material is designated in the specification. Types of treatment and disposal include, but are not limited to incineration, neutralization, treatment, recycling, reclamation, and/or land disposal. The locations of the Bureau facilities are the Yuma Desalting Plant in Yuma County, Arizona, the Ehrenberg Field Office in La Paz County, Arizona and the Laguna Field Office in Imperial County, California. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) acquisition with one (1) base year and four (4) one year options. For this acquisition, the Standard Industrial Classification code is 4953 and Small Business size is $6 million. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The estimated issuance date of the solicitation is August 1, 1997. The estimated date for receipt of bids is September 3, 1997.
