Request for proposals for the operation of the Devens Job Corps Center located in Devens, Massachusetts, will be available approximately July 11, 1997, for issue in response to written request. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will cover the period February 1, 1998 through January 31, 2000, plus three governmental unilateral renewal options of one year. The approximate average capacity strength is 300 students (136 residential males, 14 non-residential males, 136 residential females and 14 non-residential females). A Pre-Proposal Conference will be convened at 10:00 a.m. on August 5, 1997, in the Club Conference Room in Building #P-74, 100 Sherman Avenue, Devens Commerce Center, Devens, Massachusetts 01432. There will be a tour of the facility immediately following the Pre-Proposal Conference. Upon entering the facility, tour participants must report to and register in the Club Conference Room in Building #P-74, at the Devens Commerce Center, Devens, Massachusetts.
