This is a combination firm fixed price/indefinite quantity service contract. The contract will be for a period of 12 months for the base period. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract for four option periods of one to twelve months. The minimum guarantee of work is the firm fixed price portion of the contract for the base period. The maximum dollar value of the contract is the total dollar value of the firm fixed price portion and the indefinite quantity items. This solicitation is unrestricted.
