The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any paymwent may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment for the renovation of an existing office space in the northeast area of Building 410 (Bays C through F, 1 though 8; Bays G and H, 1 through 6: and Bays J and K, 1 through 3) at NAVICP, Mechanicsburg, PA. The work shall generally consist of the removal of the existing ceiling and floor finishes and replacement with new; the removal and replacement of the existing HVAC system and replacement with a new independent system, reconfiguration of existing fire suppression system; redistribution of electrical power, installation of new lighting, alarm and telephone and construction of new toilet facilities, and incidental related work. Estimated price range: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Number of days in contract: 120. Number of bid items: One. SIC Code 1542, General Contractors -- Nonresidential Buildings, Other than Industrial Buildings and Warehouses, $17.0 Million.
