S. Coast Guard, Reserve Training Center, Yorktown, Virginia. The work includes, but is not limited to replacing the existing asbestos shingles with thin brick or exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS), replacing the existing wood windows with aluminum windows, replacing exterior doors and incidental related work. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. DTCG47-97-B- 3EFK13 (Project 6023) and Drawing No. 2-5354 (sheets 1-8). All work shall be completed within 150 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Plans (half-size), specifications, and all necessary bid documents will be available approximately 26 June 1997 and may be obtained by submitting a check in the amount of $10.00 per set (non-refundable) made payable to the U.
