Dickey, Contracting Officer, (605)353-9215 The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform earthwork required for construction of a garage building, installation of a sewage disposal system, and water storage tank; construct reinforced concrete foundation, vehicle apron, entry slabs and sidewalk; furnish and construct one 32 foot x 32 foot wood frame building complete with restroom facilities, interior and exterior finishes, walk doors, upward acting sectional doors, windows, plumbing, and other related materials; design, furnish and install a sewage disposal system including septic tank, sewer line, and absorption trench; furnish and install an underground water storage tank and water delivery system for the restroom. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis on or about June 24, 1997. The standard industrial classification code for this project is 1542. All work shall be completed within 100 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which shall be considered by this Agency.
