The successful contractor will do the interior finish construction of a Postal Store of approximately 3,800 square feet and site improvements for parking and landscaping of approximately 19,600 square feet. The area in the Pocatello GMF where the work is to take place will be vacant at the start of the construction. The project includes, but is not limited to, interior finish construction of interior walls, floor and ceiling finishes, cabinetry, storefront modifications, HVAC modifications, interior and exterior electrical, paving, sidewalks, landscaping, etc. Proposals shall be submitted as provided by the requirements of the solicitation. The provisions of this solicitation shall be included by reference in any contract resulting from offers submitted in response thereto as if fully set forth in such contract. The construction cost range is $215,000 to $310,000. The completion date shall be not later than 150 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
