Z -- REPLACE WATER/VALVES MFH SOL F64133-97-R0003 DUE 072897 POC Contact SSgt Knepper, Buyer, (671)366-4683 or fax (671)366-3242, Sherry Wall, Contracting Officer, (671)366-2354 The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, quality control, supervision and support, in performing all operations for the replacement of water/sewer mains and laterals at the military family housing area Andersen AFB as follows: a. excavation and trenching as required; b. demolition and disposal of debris from the old water systems and installation of new water system; c. installation of handholes and gate valves as required; d. provide backfill, topsoil, seed or sod, and other restoration of landscape disturbed by demolition or installation; e. provide accurate "red lined" and "as builts" drawings for future use; and f. all other work specified in the specifications and shown on the drawings and/or miscellaneous work not shown, that may be required to complete the project. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. The contract type contemplated is Firm Fixed Price. Bids are solicited on an unrestricted basis. There is a charge for this solicitation in the amount of $41.00. You must make a company check payable to the U.S. Department of Treasury.
