Project also entails the removal of lead-containing paint from door and window assembly and the restoration and refinishing of the door and window frames and sashes, and incidental related work. This procurement is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1799 and the annual size standard is $7.0 million. Contract duration period is 120 calendar days. This is an unrestricted procurement IAW Public Law 100-656. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
