A firm, fixed price contract will be awarded to a single prime contractor. Work will include furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and supervision for the phase renovation of the first floor Ambulatory Care areas incliding Chemotherapy, Admissions, Ambulatory Entrance and waiting areas. Work involves the renovation of all necessary facilities, utilities, and subsystems for these areas. Sprinkler protection and asbestos abatement of pipe joints, transite panels and flooring are included. Cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 1542. All work is to be completed within 150 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 6/30/97.
