Requirement is for the modification of existing design, fabrication, installation and testing of a drill and pin system to include a minimum of four (4) hours of training after system acceptance at PBA. The Drill and Pin System consisting of two machines will be used to assemble the 60MM Illum Projectile Loading Assembly together and frill four (4) holes 90 degrees apart in the loading assembly and atuomatically feed and install the brass shear pins.
