This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation RFQ 546-08-97 is issued as a request for proposal and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 46. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 3577 Small Business consisting of Master System Kit (SEMK), Clean Scrub Dispenser (SEDLR), Local Soiled Receiver (SELR); with video security system. Including a minimum of 1000 bar codes, data cable connections to scrub exchange, each dispensing system holding minimum of 128 sets of scrubs, Complete with management laptop P.C., Data cable between modules and management PC supplied and installed by VA. Scrub exchanger must be transported via our freight elevators to 3rd floor. Exchanger must be able to fit through a 48" wide opening. To include installation, start-up, training and spare parts kit. Warranty should be a minimum of 1 year parts and labor. Emergency parts delivery available overnight. Emergency on-site service same day or with-in 24 hours. Software upgrades to maintain integrity at NO CHARGE. Deliver FOB Destination 60 days from award date.
