EPA's National Risk Management Research Laboratory (NRMRL), Technology Transfer and Support Division (TTSD) has a need for services in the form of field studies to be performed on operating constructed wetlands for municipal wastewater treatment. These studies will result in three (3) separate reports. These reports will be on the capital and operation and maintenance cost breakdowns, guidance on effective construction and startup practices, and case studies of the wetland systems visited and reviewed. These studies and reports are to be completed in 18 weeks from the day of the award. EPA intends to issue a request for a written quotation (RFQ). The anticipated award date for this simplified acquisition is on or before 7/21/97. All responsible sources may submit a written quotation which will be considered by the Agency.
