ALPAY, (805) 982-0411 This contract is to provide engineering and technical services to accomplish broad functions as tasked on Underway Replenishment (UNREP) systems and equipment for various classes of Navy Surface ships, test sites, schools, shipyards and manufacturer's plants. The requirements will include research and development studies, developing Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), develop or revise mono-detail deck machinery and UNREP hardware design and data packages, provide engineering and industrial support services, ensure performance and operation of UNREP systems/equipment, develop and provide instrumentation requirements, test UNREP components, systems, and equipment, develop engineering demonstration models, prepare and revise integrated logistic support documentation. The proposed indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract will have a base year of approximately 47,216 labor hours with three one-year options consisting of approximately 47,216 labor hours for each option. Confidential clearance and appropriate facility clearance are required. The RFP will be available on or about 11 July 1997.
