The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) proposes to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Washington Management Consultant Initiatives (WMCI) Inc, 907 6th St, SW, Suite 111, Washington, DC 20024 to conduct an employee survey in connection with the HRSA Sexual Harassment & Glass Ceiling Study. This will encompass follow-up and support of the research already conducted through in-depth interviews with HRSA staff and focus groups to assess the nature and extent of sexual harassment within HRSA and conduct a survey of a representative sample of HRSA employees to determine whether they perceive the existence of sexual harassment or there exists and barriers to entry into the senior level and SES ranks based on gender. This data will be used to help HRSA assess the extent to which sexual discrimination and harassment are present throughout HRSA and to identify appropriate corrective measures, if required.
