The Naval Air Systems Commend intends to issue a delivery order to the Boeing Defense and Space Group Helicopters Division of Philadelphia, PA for engineering analyses services of a non-personnel nature to develop repair procedures for damaged dynamic component upgrade parts of the H-46 Sea Knight helicopter. Boeing is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the H-46 Helicopter and is the only firm with the necessary knowledge, data, equipment, and experience to perform this effort.
