Construct a pre-engineered metal storage building, east of Bldg. 238, at Defense Distribution Region West, Tracy Facility, Tracy, CA. Building dimensions are 25 ft. wide X 150 ft. long X 15 ft. 8 in. high. The metal building includes a 6 ft. wide concrete apron, 6 in. thick reinforced concrete slab, 1-1 inch water line and hose bibs, gutters and downspouts, chain-link fabric and rolling gates on one side of building, flourescent ceiling lights, and electrical receptacles. Period of performance is 150 days after Notice to Proceed. Estimated project size is between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. Standard Industrial Code is 1541 for which the small business size standard is $17 million.
