Contractor shall rip existing BST surface, shape to 20' subgrade, lay geotextile, and crush and place base rock and crushed aggregate. An optional bid item provides for a three layer chip seal. The project is located on the Bly Ranger District of the Fremont National Forest, Klamath County, Oregon. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
