Z -- INSTALL GOVERNMENT FURNISHED DUCT SYSTEM AND FIBER OPTICS CABLE. Installation includes 7 handholes and 2 four ins. PVC ducts over and under to each handhole for an estimated total of 5850 feet each. Each handhole will be buried 30" deep. Ducts will be buried between 24" and 30" deep. The successful contractor will pull 2 one inch interducts in one of the installed 4" PVC ducts. The second 4" PVC duct will be plugged at each handhole. The second part of this requirement requires the installation of a 60 strand (48-single mode; 12-multimode) fiber optics cable from the base hospital to Facility 7318. The cable will be routed continuous through the duct system for an estimated total of 10,500 feet. The contractor will install a SIECOR Distribution Center and terminate the cable at each end. The Government will furnish all SIECOR Distribution Centers, Panels, Fan-Out Kits, CamLite Connectors, and cable. The estimated construction cost range is under $25,000. The estimated construction time is 45-calendar days. This procurement is 100 percent restricted to emerging small businesses. All requests for this solicitation must be in writing.
