Wyman Laboratory, Northeastern Forest Experiment Station, located at 271 Mast Road, Durham, NH 03824-0640 intends to contract out the construction for reroofing an existing office/lab building of approx. 15,600 sq. ft. The new roof will be installed over the prepared existing built up roof membrane. The new roofing system is to be a two-ply reinforced S.B.S. Modified Bitumin membrane mechanically attached over additional rigid insulation and 1/4" separation board with top ply fully torched to base ply. Also included is an aluminum fascia, related flashings and other things necessary for a complete job and in accordance with gov't provided specs. (0160)
