A minimum ten year warranty of systems furniture is required. Evaluation will be based on greatest value to the Government, evaluation subfactors include manufacturing practices taking into account internal evironmental program which includes recycling, environmentally sound protection techniques, natural resource conservation and concern for indoor pollution, value of warranty, quality of products offered, proven experience in systems layout and installation for remanufactured systems furniture; life-cycle cost considering maintenance and proven product durability; and overall price as described in the specification. Work will be performed at the Naval Construction Battalion Center, Port Hueneme, California.
