The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute intends to purchase e a vehicle identification system for the National Institutes of Health that meets ours goals of safety, security and equitable distribution of parking resources on the NIH campuses. The NIH Parking Office has carefully developed the following specifications which precisely define the exact product we have determined we must have to effectively continue our program. The purpose of the following description is to insure that our program continues to receive parking permits with the level of durability, clarity, consistency, and function that are needed and expected to conduct our program. The order will be for 38,100 die-cut window decals and 24,400 die-cut hanging decals each year. The receipt of inferior products cannot be tolerated. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 2675, Size Standard 500 Employees will be used for this requirement. This is a Small Business Set-Aside Acquisition.
