1847 The following procurement is being negotiated and awarded using
Simplified Acquisition Procedures. These unique services are being
performed by the University of Hawaii, for the Naval Surface Warfare
Center. They involve the use of minimum effective release rate device
(MERR) to evaluate antifouling agents for minimum effective release
rates on hard foulers in a Pacific Ocean tropical seawater
environment(Hawaii) Testing of a new delivery system in this
environment. A syringe pump. Evaluate antifouling (AF) active agents
such as SEA-NINE 211 and 2 furyl-n-pentyl ketone and/or their
