A -- CONTINUATION OF THE GREEN FARM ELECTRIC GUN RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT FACILITY SUPPORT SOL DNA001-95-C-0219 POC David Nemerow, Negotiator, (703) 325-6627, Daniel R. The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) intends to enter into a sole source four month effort to commence 1 Aug 97 with Maxwell Technologies, 9244 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, CA, for continued operation of the Green Farm Electric Gun Research and Development Facility (GFEGRDF). This effort is an extension to the current contract, which will allow sufficient time for a follow-on unrestricted competition for the operation of GFEGRDF. DSWA has determined that it would be impracticable for any other company to perform this effort without causing unacceptable delays.
