The successful contractor will provide services including, but not limited to, training, management of databases, validation of systems, reconciliation of files, assisting Integrated Logistics Review support, maintaining Maintenance Requirements -- Valves (MRV) documents, developing CSCS drawings and related software, and installing CSCS computers. Contract type will be an indefinite quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee type, with delivery order provisions. Subject Solicitation is for 1,127,599 total man hours over a one-year base period and four one year option periods. Yearly level of effort is as follows: (Base Period -- 222,762); (Option Year 1 -- 232,466); (Option Year 2 -- 224,271); (Option Year 3 -- 223,713); (Option Year 4 -- 224,387).
