This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is assist the Ryan White Title III Early Intervention Services Program in managing program data, preparing summary reports from the data, and preparing documentation for obtaining OMB clearance. The contractor shall: receive and track program data report submissions, develop review and edit criteria, enter data, develop and generate output reports, prepare a final report of the data analysis, participate in a Title III meeting, prepare an OMB package, and prepare and distribute forms and instructions to grantees. The Mayatech Corporation is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance iseight months.
