The work includes but is not limited to the provisions of all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and performance of all work incidental to the construction, of an 1,000 sf addition to existing coed exercise room including demolition/relocation of existing HVAC equipment, removal of ductwork, partial electrical demolition, and sprinkler demolition/relocation. Also included is an 1,050 sf addition to include 800 sf racquetball court and 250 sf mechanical/storage rooms. Modification to the existing access drive/parking lot, mechanical, electrical and fire protection in large storage room #100 and renovation of an existing exercise room #200 are also included within this project. The estimated date for the availability of plans and specifications is August 1997. The time for completion is 200 calendar days. The estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000.
