SYNOPSIS -- This work includes the provision of necessary labor, transportation, materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision for the renovations to Building 10. The work includes the removal of doors, stud framed walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, plumbing fixtures and electrical devices; cutting out portions of concrete floor slab and concrete block masonry walls; concrete fill on an existing floor slab; hollow metal doors and frames and hardware; wood doors; roll-up window shutters; metal stud partitions with painted gypsum board finishes; resilient sheet flooring, floor tile and base; suspended acoustical tile ceiling system; computer access floor system; toilet accessories; plumbing fixtures with associated piping and insulation; heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) includes modifications to existing piping and radiators, unitary air conditioning system, indoor ductwork and insulation; power is provided from a new panel; interior fluorescent and emergency light fixtures; interior wiring and devices; power and ground fault interrupting receptacles; fire alarm/strobe devices connected to existing fire alarm system; installation and connection of Government furnished equipment, including landscape furniture, and new rack type security console; relocation of existing intrusion detection systems, CCTV surveillance systems, radio communications base sections, the base fire alarm system computers, house alarms, disaster phone systems, miscellaneous alarms, and the extensions of all cabling from the existing communication center to the new one; and all other incidental related work at the Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1542. The related Small Business size standard is 17 million. Completion time is 195 days after award. Estimated value is between $100,000.00-$250,000.00. The proposed contract listed here is Unrestricted.
