Project consist of providing all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove the existing built-up roofing materials and installing a new silicone/polyurethane foam roof system, saw cutting the concrete parapet walls in order to construct new overflow roof scuppers, and core drilling the concrete roof deck to install new roof drains. The existing built up roofing materials contains asbestos and only Contractors with a Maryland State asbestos roofing abatement licenses and/or certification are authorized to perform air monitoring and handle asbestos materials. The building is located at the DLA/DNSC Curtis Bay Depot and totals approximately 3,250 square feet of roof area.
