Provide all labor, materials tools, equipment, and qualified supervision for the installation of a complete new standpipe system for all floors of Building NO. 1 from the 1st floor to attic sections D, E, & F in accordance with applicable VA construction specifications, the drawings, NFPA No. 14 (Standpipe and Hose Systems) requirements, and the latest accepted standard of professional practice for work of this nature. In addition, furnish and install a complete hydraulically designed wet automatic sprinkler system for Buildings 12 & 13 Basement through 3rd floors not including the attics or crawl spaces in accordance with applicable VA construction specifications, the drawings, NFPA 13, 13R requirements and the latest accepted standard of professional practice for work of this nature. All test, permits, certification and similar items will be the responsiblility of standpipe risers, hose cabinets, control valves and wiring. All tamper switches on control valves and water flow alarms will be connected to the existing fire alarm panels based on the existing coded alarm system.
