Grskovich, 312/353-6400, ext. 1700 This procurement consists of lowering of the 180 foot long earthen emergency spillway by 2.5 feet and placement of approximately 500 cy of riprap at Reservoir 27. Lowering the 160 foot long earthen emergency spillway by 3 feet and lowering the 50 foot long concrete inlet spillway by 3.6 feet at Reservoir 29A. In addition, one foot of flashboard capability will be provided and the existing 2nd culvert at 29A will have a plate removed to allow for its use. Both sites, 27 and 29A, will involve recontouring of excavated areas and associated spoil. Half-size plans and specifications will be furnished at a cost of $15.00; full-size for $25.00. A set of specifications only will be furnished at a cost of $10.00. Requests must be accompanied by a check payable to: FAO, Chicago District, Corps of Engineers.
