Z -- MULTIPLE INDEFINITE QUANTITY TERM CONTRACT FOR REPAIRS & ALTERATIONS IN DE & MD SOL GS-03P-97-CDD-1039 DUE 072897 POC Kimberly A. De Sant (215)656-6115 The synopsis for the above referenced solicitation is hereby corrected as follows. Provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and tools necessary for general repairs and alterations, to Government owned and leased facilities in the states of DE & MD. This will be an Indefinite Quantity Construction Term contract with the ability to perform associated design services for construction projects ranging from approximately $100,000 to $2 MILLION. The estimated cost of services for construction for a given year under this contract is approximately $2 MILLION. Offerors will be evaluated using source selection procedures/greatest value method outlined in the solicitation. The Government may make multiple awards and estimates to make three awards to the DE/MD area under this solicitation. Individual delivery orders may be competed among the selected firms under the contract unless the Government deems otherwise on an individual task order basis. The contracts will be for a one year base period with four (4) one year unilateral options on the part of the Government. The requirement is to be set aside for small business concerns. SIC-1542.
