RICHMOND (253) 968-4912 (Site Code DADA13) Requirements contract to furnish all reagent test kits, related consumable supplies, laboratory equipment, equipment maintenance, technical assistance and training to necessary to perform a variety of diagnostic laboratory tests for a base year and two option years. All diagnostic test materials and equipment quoted and subsequently provided by the contractor shall have full FDA approval prior to submission of the quote. Equipment will be required for placement in the Chemistry Section, Dept. of Pathology, MAMC, Tacoma, WA. There is potential that other members of the Puget Sound Federal Health Council will become additional users of this contract, requiring equipment placement, support services and product delivery to various sites within the Puget Sound and Tricare Region 11 Areas. The contractor need not be the manufacturer of each test kit or equipment component; however, the contractor shall assume full responsibility for the system, including providing a single source for customer service and support for all aspects of the testing system.
