The proposed contract action is for support services to provide computer generated graphics design services. The development and preparation of all products must utilize the latest technologies, be of the highest quality and developed within short times frames. The contractor will be required to provide, in a timely manner, artistically designed and well executed computer generated graphics including presentation aids, 35mm color slides, and overhead transparencies; provide publications support including document design, typesetting, and art work for a range of publications including briefing books, and newsletters. The contractor will be required to respond in appropriate formats using generic intel workstations, black and white and color printers, plotters, scanners,slide recorders, and other hardware as well as multiple graphics software packages such as Wordperfect 6.1, Microsoft Word, Ventura Publisher, Quark Express, Adobe PageMaker, Corel Draw, Arts & Letters, Microsoft Power Point, Adobe Photo Shop, WP Presentations, Lotus Freelance, Microsoft Excel, Quatro Pro, Microsoft Access, Harvard Graphics, HTML Write and Netscape Navigator. All work will be accomplished using Government furnished equipment. The period of performance is for one base year with options for two additional years.
