Y -- NEW CROSS DIKE UNIT 3 SOL 1448-60181-97-B103 DUE 080697 POC POC: Cathleen DeBerry/Procurement Assistant, 303/236-5412 x221 This a pre-solicitation notice for a requirement to furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to construct a new earthen cross dike approximately 10,560 feet in length. The excavated material shall be obtained from borrow areas north and south of, and parallel to, the new dike. Approximately 73,180 cubic yards of material, measured in place, shall be required for the construction of the new dike. The project site is located at the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge near Brigham City, Utah. The contract period of performance will be 120 calaendar days from the contractor's receipt of the notice to proceed, which will be issued o/a August 29, 1997. The estimated price range is $100,000 $250,000. This solicitation will not be restricted. All responsbile sources may submit a bid, which will be considered.
