The project will include a steel framed control tower, metal bleacher enclosure and covered mess area, concrete masonry unit latrine, operations/storage building and ammunition break-down building. This facility will be connected to the post power distribution system. Supporting items include connecting to the post sewer and water, site prep, drainage, parking areas, maintenance trails and flag pole. The magnitude of proposed construction is between $500,000. and $1,000,000. Contract performance is 365 cal days. 20% bid bond requirement; Davis-Bacon wage rates applicable; liquidatd damages are $363.00 per day.
