Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids for the Reroofing of the Administrative Building at the Great Meadows National Wildlife Refuge, Sudbury, MA. The work shall include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove the existing solar heating system and existing asphalt roof, and to replace with new asphalt shingle roof. Additional interior work consist of repairing and painting of water damaged gypsum wallboard ceilings and the removal of solar system components and controls. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The SIC code for this acquisition is 1761; size standard is $7.0 million.
