Demolish existing vault toilet and build new two-seat composting toilet with evapotranspiration bed. Remove existing retaining wall and build retaining structures be new toilet building and around some picnic sites. ~ ~Build six timber ramadas, upgrade picnic sites and install new picnic tables and grills. Construct concrete walkways connecting picnic areas, parking, and restrooms. Location of project is at milepost 379.4 on State Route 89A, approximately 5 miles north of Sedona, Arizona. Issue Date is June 17, 1997. There will be a pre-bid meeting at the site June 25, 1997 at 10:30 a.m. Estimated start work is September 8, 1997. Proposals are due by Close of Business July 17, 1997.
