The solicitation number N00421-97-Q-1141 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This new requirement will be using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP)Purchase Order to be delivered to NAWCAD Patuxent River, MD.
