Contractor shall install the building on a concrete foundation supplied and installed by the contractor. Building and foundation shall meet all requirements of the Uniform Building Code. The building shall be delivered and installed at the Ft. Rock Fire Guard Station, located 10 miles east and 5 miles north of the town of Ft. Rock, Oregon on Lake County Road No. 5-12.
