Indefinate delivery multi-discipline Architect & Engineer contract for various projects requiring professional services for the design of construction, maintenance, and repair projects for the Oklahoma Air National Guard Base, at Tulsa, OK. Work to be performed will include design and construction inspection services (at the government's option) for the preparation of specifications, plans, designs, estimates, drawings, other contract documents as required. In-house Auto Cad or a system that may be translated into AutoCad version 12 is required and speicfications must be on a PC compatible computer word processing program that may be translated into Microsoft Word 6.0. The initial contract will be for one year. An option may be awarded to extend the terms of the contract for one year depending upon the availability of funds and contract performance. The total A-E fee that may be paid under this contact wil not exceed $300,000 with any one individual dielivery order. The total cumulative dollar amount of all orders awarded in any single contact period (any single year) shall not exceed $1.5 Milion. Significant evaluation criteria and the relative order of importance to the government are as follows: (1) Professional Qualifications; (2) Specialized experience & Technical Competence; (3) Capacity to Accomplish Work in Required Time; (4) Past Performance; (5) Location, and (6) Demonstrated sucess in perscribing the use of recovered materials & achieving waste reduction & energy efficiency in facility design.
