This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. This is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1. This RFQ has the following line item: 30 concurrent licenses of AutoPLAN and 230 personal licenses of AutoTEAM project management software. The support and maintenance will be effective for one full year, from 1 Oct 96 through 30 Sep 97, and would include free updates, new releases, upgrades and unlimited telephone, E-mail, and FAX access to the user's product support group.
