This requirement provides for the washing of CH53D helicopters at the Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, Island of Oahu. The Government will guarantee a minimum of 30 helicopters to be washed per month with a maximum of 76 per month. A requirements type contract is anticipated and performance period from 01 October 1997 through 30 September 1998 with one (1) 12 month option period. A site visit will be included in the solicitation. The Government intends to include clause FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services in the solicitation. See Note 1.
